TargetReach Job Posting Suite
TargetReach Job Posting Suite extends Monster's product offerings by providing a range of short- and long-term job posting options and job ad enhancements. With increased customization choices, employers can adjust their strategy to adapt to current market conditions and most effectively utilize their recruiting dollars.
In addition to the current 60-day standard job posting option, Monster will offer 30-day and 14-day alternatives. Furthermore, employers with seasonal or long-term hiring needs will be able to choose from 90-day, 180-day and 365-day Extended Duration Job Postings. Employers will have the ability to edit current job postings at any time, at no cost. Premium job ad enhancements include job posting bolding and auto refresh, which provides added visibility in the results list.
Redesigned Employer Site
To provide users with a further streamlined interface, the redesigned employer web portal will allow for improved accessibility to, and reporting of, job postings and product inventories.
