William -Bill- H. York Joins TMP Worldwide Executive Search as an Executive Recruiter in the Company's Technology & Financial Services Sectors

Former Bank of America Senior Vice President and Compaq Executive Brings Technology, Human Resources and Financial Services Expertise to the Houston Office of TMP Worldwide Executive Search

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2000--TMP Worldwide Inc. York as a Consultant in the Houston office of TMP Worldwide Executive Search and a member of the firm's global Technology and Financial Services Sectors.

Mr. York previously served as a Senior Vice President of Management Recruiting with Bank of America. At TMP, he will target his practice in technology and financial services, coupled with his functional expertise in human resources management.

Bill York, joins TMP Worldwide Executive Search in Houston from Bank of America where he was a Senior Vice President supporting the bank's technology and operations area of approximately 60,000 employees. During his tenure, Bank of America was a party to three major mergers creating one of the largest financial institutions in the world. Prior to joining Bank of America, he served as a Staffing Manager with responsibility for North America with Compaq Computers where he built four new business units driving more than $5 billion in sales.

A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Mr. York served for five years in the U.S. Army. He was honorably discharged as a staff officer for the divisional air defense battalion at Fort Ord. Mr. York earned his Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Houston Baptist University.
