New York, N.Y., December 10, 1997 -- TMP Worldwide's (NASDAQ: TMPW) The Monster Board (www.monster.com) today announced alliances with six leading online content providers including AOL Studios' Electra, the new interactive community designed specifically for women and CMPnet, one of the most comprehensive technology networks on the Internet. These new alliances represent the latest in a growing list of strategic co-branded agreements designed to expand the reach of TMP Worldwide's premier career sites.
TMP also announced agreements with Medscape, Workforce Online, PlanetAll and the American Society for Quality. Visitor's to these sites have access to The Monster Board's more than 50,000 high quality job listings, resume-building and posting capabilities, and expert career advice.

In addition, Media Metrix/PC Meter's October's ratings reported that The Monster Board continues to remain the Web's top ranked career site.
Available on the Internet at www.electra.com and on AOL through Keyword: electra, Electra features dynamic, original programming, women-centric news and daily advice from a cadre of experts. TMP has entered into a "co-branded" relationship with Electra, providing visitors to the site with access to The Monster Board's extensive jobs database.
