Mr. Castine is an experienced executive search professional, who, prior to joining TMP Worldwide, was a Partner with Highland Search Group, a premier financial services executive search firm. Before that, he was Partner and a Managing Director of Spencer Stuart's global financial services practice. Before entering executive search, Mr. Castine served in the Reagan White House where he held Directorships at the National Security Council and the office of Private Sector Initiatives. Mr. Castine has degrees from Fredonia College and Harvard University and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the South Street Seaport Museum among other non-profit organizations.
