Maurizia Iachino Leto di Priolo, Former VP Italy and Senior Partner at Spencer Stuart, Joins as Chairman of European Quality and Professional Policies Committee
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 2001--TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW), the world's leading supplier of human capital solutions, including the pre-eminent Internet career portal, Monster(R).com, today announced that TMP Worldwide Executive Search is reinforcing its presence in Italy and in Europe with the appointment of Leonardo Zaccheo as Managing Director Italy to lead this challenge: Mr. Zaccheo has consolidated international experience in industry and management consulting, and will bring a new vision and process to the European Executive Search operations. To reinforce TMP's leadership in the European Executive Search markets, Maurizia Iachino will take on responsibility for the Milan office, aiding the recruiters in their business development and search activities. Mr. Zaccheo and Ms. Iachino will be based in the Company's Milan office.

Mr. Zaccheo will also be responsible for the consolidation of the Energy and Telecommunications Practices in Italy, sectors in rapid growth both at the Italian and global levels. Prior to his association with TMP Worldwide Executive Search, Mr. Zaccheo worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was Director of the Energy Practice, and previously in large companies such as A.T. Kearney, GTE Telecommunications and Dalmine, the leading steel firm in Italy. He has a wide range of experience in the development and restructuring of corporate and operative companies, M&A, reorganization and management of the transition from old to new economy. Mr. Zaccheo earned a degree in Electronic Engineering at the Milan Polytechnic and an MBA at Bocconi University.
Ms. Iachino comes to TMP Worldwide Executive Search from Spencer Stuart in the newly formed European leadership role: Chairman of European Quality and Professional Policies Committee. She will oversee quality, client satisfaction and the identification of potential candidates' needs that will result in a strong partnership between clients and TMP Worldwide Executive Search Relationship Managers.

Earlier in her executive search career, she was a Founding Partner in Athena, a leading recruiting and training consultancy firm in Italy. During her tenure with both firms, Ms. Iachino also served as a member of various international committees. She has developed innovative research projects and evaluation of managerial resources for the most important national and international companies. Ms. Iachino earned a degree in Philosophy and a Ph.D. in Psychology at the Medicine Faculty in Milan.
