William C. Kingore, Former Partner with Heidrick & Struggles, Joins TMP Worldwide Executive Search Specializing in Financial Services Sector

Kingore as a partner within the TMP Worldwide Executive Search Global Financial Services Sector. Mr. Kingore, who will be based in the firm's New York office, is a former Financial Services Practice Partner with Heidrick & Struggles in their Wall Street offices. At TMP Worldwide Executive Search, he will team with fellow senior members of the Finance, Administration & Operations Practice, as well as the Global Capital Markets Practice to build cross-practice and cross-border executive search capabilities within these specialty groups.

William C. Kingore, age 41, joins TMP Worldwide Executive Search as a partner in the Global Financial Services Sector. Until recently he was a partner of the Heidrick & Struggles New York Wall Street offices, having joined them via the acquisition of Sullivan & Company in 1999. He will continue to focus his efforts with a similar clientele as a member the TMP Worldwide Executive Search Finance, Administration and Operations Practice and the Global Capital Markets Practice. Since 1995, Mr. Kingore has conducted and completed a wide range of searches on behalf of financial institutions and intermediaries including investment banks, brokerage firms, fund managers, traditional and emerging exchanges, e-transaction-oriented businesses and within the business-to-business marketplace.
Prior to entering the executive search arena, Mr. Kingore held senior roles at the investment banks Drexel Burnham Lambert and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He also served as a founding partner at the Chicago-based investment boutique Wilmington Securities Inc. Mr. Kingore began a successful Wall Street career in 1982, joining Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was responsible for institutional marketing of debt-related futures and derivatives products. During this period, he also represented Goldman, Sachs as a member of The Chicago Board of Trade. Mr. Kingore received his Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University.
