Dr. Keeler comes to TMP Worldwide from Russell Reynolds Associates in New York, where she was a Partner in their health care practice.

At Russell Reynolds Associates, which she joined in 1997, Dr. Keeler specialized in the recruitment of senior management and physician executives for health care service organizations and life sciences companies. She has placed numerous CEOs, COOs, board members, SVPs of Marketing and Human Resources, as a well as a host of medical department heads.
Dr. Keeler holds an M.D. from Cornell University Medical College and is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. She trained in surgery at The Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston where she held an appointment as a Clinical Fellow in Surgery at the Harvard Medical School.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dr. Keeler spent several years in the commercial banking industry at Chemical Bank, New York. She also has considerable experience in the food and publishing businesses, first as a small business owner, then as a writer and editor at Gourmet Magazine, and later at Cuisinarts, Inc., where she was the Food Editor of The Pleasures of Cooking. She earned her B.S. from the University of Delaware and completed her pre-medical studies at Columbia University.
