Kelly, as Partner and Global Healthcare Sector Head.

The hiring of Mr. Kelly caps off a year of aggressive recruiting by TMP Worldwide Executive Search to achieve critical mass and greater segmentation within its global Healthcare Sector. Mr. Kelly, who will be based in Minneapolis, will lead a world-class team of recruiters that includes Michael Ballenger and Christopher Burrows, who have been named to co-lead the company's newly-formed global Life Sciences Practice. Among its members, John Baker, recently named the Managing Partner of the Boston office. At the same time, Dr. Stephen Bochner has been named as head of the company's global Health Technology Practice.

Other high-profile health care hires include Anthony Pfannkuche, Ph.D., a former Director with Spencer Stuart with extensive healthcare financing and service organization, integrated systems and IT enterprise recruiting experience; Dr. Bonnie Keeler, who joined TMP Worldwide Executive Search from Russell Reynolds Associates in New York; and Grant Wicklund, who joined TMP Worldwide from Heidrick & Struggles in Dallas.
