TMP Worldwide Executive Search Hires Industrial and Health Care Recruiter for Paris Office; Jennifer Chase Joins as a Principal From Korn Ferry International in New York
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 5, 2001--TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: "TMPW"; ASX: "TMP"), the leading global provider of career services and solutions, including the preeminent Internet career portal, Monster(R).com, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Chase as a Principal in the Paris office of TMP Worldwide Executive Search. Ms. Chase, who joins TMP Worldwide from Korn Ferry International in New York, will be a member of the company's Global Industrial and Health Care Sectors and Manufacturing Practice.
At Korn Ferry, Ms. Chase recruited for an array of science-based industries, including biotechs, specialty chemicals, health care and manufacturing, among others. She has completed multiple searches across all functions, having placed CEOs, COOs, heads of research and various senior-level marketing and human resources executives.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 1997, Ms. Chase spent nine years with Rhone-Poulence S.A. (Aventis), a $16 billion industrial chemicals manufacturer. From 1993 to 1997, Ms. Chase was the Product Development and Business Manager for the company's Cosmetic and Detergency Enterprise. In this role, she defined the business unit's European sales strategy and managed a European sales force, developed new products and negotiated joint development agreements with leading personal care and consumer products companies. Prior to that she was the company's European Sales Manager and developed a market-focused sales distribution network.
