TMP Worldwide Executive Search Appoints Two Senior Legal Recruiters as Partners

Kristin Hebert of Kristin Hebert Associates joins the San Francisco Office; and Former Sidley & Austin Private Equity Attorney Latham Williams Joins the Chicago Office of TMP Worldwide Executive Search

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2001--TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: "TMPW"; ASX: "TMP"), the leading global provider of career services and solutions, including the preeminent Internet career portal, Monster(R).com, today announced the appointment of Kristin Hebert and Latham Williams as Partners in the Executive Search Division.

Ms. Hebert joins as a member of the Legal Search and Professional Services Practice Groups and will be based in San Francisco. At TMP Worldwide, her focus will be on the recruitment of senior level attorneys and executives for clients throughout California and the West Coast. She will represent large national law firms, prominent small firms and traditional and emerging companies in fulfilling their legal and executive recruitment needs. Prior to her association with TMP Worldwide, Ms. Hebert owned Kristin Hebert Associates, a San Francisco-based legal search consulting firm, which she founded in 1993. Before establishing her own firm, Ms. Hebert was associated with a large Los Angeles-based legal recruiting firm for four years as a search consultant in both its San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. Ms. Hebert earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Southern California in 1987.

Based in the Chicago office, Mr. Latham joins as a member of the Legal Search Practice Group, Global Health Care Sector and the Global Insurance Practice Group. At TMP, he will focus on recruiting senior executives for corporations and law firms. Prior to his association with TMP Worldwide, Mr. Williams was an equity partner for seven years with the international law firm of Sidley & Austin specializing in health care mergers and acquisitions and managed care and other insurance arrangements. Before joining Sidley, he was an associate, and later, equity partner in the Chicago-based law firm of Gardner, Carton & Douglas.

During most of his legal career, Mr. Williams has been involved in law firm recruiting and retention and has served or headed several law firm committees relating to recruiting and retention. He serves, and has served, on numerous boards including the Illinois State Bar Association, The Fielding Institute (Santa Barbara, California), the Chicago Medical School, the Law Board of Northwestern University and the Lawyers Club of Chicago. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Leadership Greater Chicago Program. He also is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the Chicago Committee on Foreign Affairs, and the Union League Club of Chicago. Mr. Williams earned his law degree from Northwestern University, his Master's degree in Business/Health Services Administration from the University of Wisconsin (Madison), and his undergraduate degree, with honors, in psychology from Macalester College.
