TMP Worldwide Executive Search Appoints Partner in its Chicago Office; Lynne Boehringer Joins Global Healthcare Sector and Legal Practice

Prior to joining TMP Worldwide Executive Search, Boehringer was a Consultant at Egon Zehnder International, where she was a key member of the firm's Life Sciences Practice Group and concentrated her search efforts on executive roles with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical products and other life sciences clients. She also worked with corporate clients on numerous legal searches.
Boehringer practiced law for nearly 10 years prior to joining the executive search profession. As Counsel, Domestic Legal Operations at Abbott Laboratories, she focused her practice on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers & acquisitions, technology licensing, and new product development and marketing alliances with biotech, medical product and pharmaceutical companies. Previously, Boehringer worked as a Corporate Associate with two large Chicago law firms, Bell, Boyd & Lloyd and Winston & Strawn, where she represented clients in acquisition, joint venture, secured lending and securities offering transactions. She started her career at Coopers & Lybrand as a Tax Specialist.
Boehringer earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Business School. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin.
