TMP Worldwide Executive Search Appoints New Partner to Retail and Corporate Communications Practices

Betsy Tilkemeier, Formerly of Korn/Ferry International, Joins Chicago Office

(NASDAQ: TMPW), the world's leading supplier of human capital solutions, including the pre-eminent Internet career portal Monster(R), today announced the recent appointment of Betsy Tilkemeier, formerly of Korn/Ferry International, as a member of the Retail and Corporate Communications Practices, and a Partner in the Chicago office.

Prior to joining TMP Worldwide, Ms. Tilkemeier served as a Client Partner with Korn/Ferry and led the firm's Midwest Corporate Communications center of expertise. Before joining Korn/Ferry, she was a Sales Director for Henri Bendel, a division of The Limited, and a Department Manager for Neiman Marcus.

In addition to retail, Ms. Tilkemeier has experience in wholesale manufacturing. She was the National Sales Manager for British Khaki, a sportswear manufacturer based in New York City, and a Senior Account Executive for Tommy Hilfiger. Ms. Tilkemeier began her career in the R.H. Macy Executive Training Program in New York. She holds a BA in History from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
