TMP Worldwide Executive Search established its unique Legal Search Practice Group to provide retained legal search expertise to major corporations, financial institutions and prominent New York and national law firms. Her clients rely on her legal background and ability to quickly understand the substantive and personality requirements they are searching for in their next general counsel. She brings an unusually high level of expertise to the legal search profession.”

Ms. Nathan joined TMP Worldwide Executive Search in September 1999. Since 1988, Ms. Nathan has developed a successful retained executive legal search practice. She has recruited attorneys across the entire spectrum of the legal community, including general counsels, senior in-house lawyers and partners for major corporations, financial institutions and law firms. Corporations for which she has successfully completed general counsel searches include Harley-Davidson, Pitney Bowes, Reuters America, Diageo Plc, Medtronic, Nokia Inc., Instinet, GE Capital Global Consumer Finance, Barclays Bank, and Exel Insurance Co. Ltd. She has also recruited senior level lawyers for GE Capital, PepsiCo, Owens Corning, Becton Dickinson, Eli Lilly, Frito-Lay and for many of the previously listed companies. Her law firm work includes partner searches for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett; Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison; Arnold & Porter; Morgan, Lewis & Bockius; Chadbourne & Parke; Stroock & Stroock & Lavan; and Baker & Botts.

Ms. Nathan earned her law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley, and her undergraduate degree as an Honors Major in Russian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. For six years following law school, Ms. Nathan practiced corporate law and litigation with two Wall Street law firms, Chadbourne & Parke and Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler.
