TMP Worldwide Enhances Management Team With Appointment of Global Tax Director

Former Deloitte & Touche Tax Consultant Patrick Harrington Tapped to Establish Long Term Tax Vision and Plan Global Tax Strategy

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 17, 2001--TMP Worldwide Inc. Mr. Harrington will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, Bart Catalane.

A veteran of Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Harrington has vast experience in implementing new tax strategies and tax compliance and reporting systems. Mr. Harrington's background integrates solid management skills with a strong foundation in public accounting and corporate advising on U.S. outbound, inbound and local country issues. In addition, his previous work with the financial oversight of acquisitions and structurings in domestic and international arenas will serve TMP well.
