TMP Worldwide Chairman and CEO Completes Previously Announced Hedging Transactions

NEW YORK, Jun 19, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW), the world's leading supplier of human capital solutions, including the pre-eminent Internet career portal Monster(R), today announced that company Chairman and CEO Andrew J. McKelvey has completed entering into hedging transactions for 2.5 million shares of his personal holdings of TMP common stock, as disclosed on June 3, 2002.

Mr. McKelvey owns more than 20 million shares of the company's common stock, 17.5 million of which are not affected by this hedge.
