Keith Anderson, Former Heidrick & Struggles Partner, Joins TMP Worldwide to Manage the Growth of its Northern California Executive Search Operations

New York, NY - June 13, 2000 - TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW; ASX: TMP), the leading provider of global recruitment solutions, including the dominant Internet career portal, Monster.com, and one of the world's largest search and selection agencies, today announced the appointment of Keith Anderson as Managing Partner of the San Francisco office of TMP Worldwide. Mr. Anderson will team with Bradley A. Stirn, West Coast Regional Manager, to expand the company's Northern California executive search operations. In addition, as a member of TMP Worldwide's Industrial Sector and Supply Chain Management Practice, he will also work in close collaboration with the company's Global Industrial Sector Leader, Bill Fello, to further develop the company's Industrial Practices in the Western U.S.

Mr. Anderson is a former Partner of Heidrick & Struggles' San Francisco and Emeryville offices where he was a member of the firm's Industrial Practice. He served as both Head of its North American Packaging and Forest Products Practice, as well as co-Head of the firm's Supply Chain Management initiative, and was also a member of the firm's e-Business Practice. Mr. Anderson's recruiting experience covers a range of clients in the North American industrial and distribution sectors, for whom he has conducted general management assignments at the CEO, CFO, and division president levels. Before entering executive search, Mr. Anderson was Chief Operating Officer of International Forest Products, a Boston-based trading group with worldwide offices and operations. Prior to that he spent 13 years with specialty manufacturer Simpson Paper Company in San Francisco in a variety of management positions, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the firm's Fiber and International Division.

Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bucknell University and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
