TMP Worldwide Announces New Senior Management Structure in Executive Search Division

Michael T. Kelly Appointed Global CEO of Executive Search and member of newly-created Executive Search Board of Directors

NEW YORK, Feb 18, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) --TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW), the world's leading supplier of human capital solutions, including the pre-eminent Internet career portal Monster(R), today announced the appointment of Michael T. Kelly as the new Global CEO of Executive Search, and as a member of the newly created Executive Search Board of Directors.

Formerly President of Executive Search, North America, Mr. Kelly was responsible for driving revenues by developing sales across all sectors in North America.

About Mike Kelly

Mr. Kelly joined TMP Worldwide Executive Search in March of 2001 as the Global Sector Leader of the firm's Healthcare Practice, and was appointed President, North America in December of the same year. His previous experience includes senior executive positions with Korn/Ferry, St Jude Medical Inc., and Recognition Equipment, Inc. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a former Marine Captain. Additionally, he received an MA from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles.

About John Wallace

John Wallace previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Executive Search, North America, responsible for driving the region's profitability and managing the day-to-day operations. Before that, he served as Managing Partner of TMP Worldwide Executive Search's Toronto office, responsible for operations and strategic initiatives in the Canadian region. Mr. Wallace joined TMP Worldwide upon the acquisition of the Toronto Practice of Illsley Bourbonnais in March 2000. Prior to his association with Illsley Bourbonnais, he held progressively senior sales and marketing positions, the most recent being Vice President of Sales and Service with a national subsidiary of Nortel. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo.

About Andrew Simpson

Andrew Simpson has more than 15 years of senior level executive search experience focusing on corporate and divisional board positions and top specialist executives for a broad spectrum of clients. He was previously President of Executive Search, Europe, and prior to that was the Managing Partner of TMP Worldwide Executive Search's London office. Mr. Simpson graduated from Edinburgh University with an MA in History.

Dan Dumitrescu has more than eight years of search experience, and most recently worked with Korn/Ferry International, where he established the Australian Technology Practice and subsequently led the Advanced Technology Practice across Asia Pacific. He has successfully developed strategic regional relationships with clients and is a respected confidante to boards across a variety of sectors. Prior to commencing his career in search, Dan spent 14 years with Wang Australia, serving his last three years as Managing Director, successfully overseeing extensive change. He holds a Masters of Computer Science from the University of Grenoble, France and worked through the dissertation level for a PhD whilst lecturing at the same University.
