TMP Worldwide Announces New Management Roles for Key Executives in North America As Part of Company's Broader Strategic Reorganization

Earlier this month, TMP announced a broad reorganization of the Company into three geographic regions: North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The new regional structure will enable TMP to better capitalize on the synergies between its business segments, further enhance its ability to cross-sell its diversified product line to existing clients, and drive revenue and profitability growth. The reorganization allows the Company to adopt a shared services approach to information technology, accounting and other functions that will further reduce redundancy and increase efficiency, while establishing regionally consolidated operations that standardize processes and procedures across country borders.

Monster.com, North America
Steve Pogorzelski has been named President of Monster.com, North America and is responsible for overall operational management and growth of Monster.com in the region. Formerly Group President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations, Mr. Pogorzelski has been with Monster.com since 1998. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TMP Worldwide and served on the National Board of Directors for the Employment Management Association (EMA). He earned a BA in Journalism/Advertising from the University of Wisconsin.
Directional Marketing, North America
Tom Zorn has been named President of Directional Marketing, North America and is responsible for directing operations of the newly merged division, which combines the company's online and traditional Directional Marketing businesses. Formerly President of Monstermoving.com, Mr. Zorn oversaw Monstermoving.com's strategic direction. Previously, he was President of Ryder TRS, Inc., the second largest consumer truck rental company in the world, and held positions with Budget Truck Rental, Security Capital Group and Ford Motor Company. He earned an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Advertising & Communications, North America
Kevin Johnson has been named President of Advertising & Communications, North America, and is responsible for managing operations and driving the overall growth of this division, which provides effective Human Resources communication solutions to clients through a diverse product portfolio. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as CEO for the America's region of the Advertising & Communications division of TMP Worldwide, following TMP's acquisition of Austin Knight Advertising in April 1997. He earned a BA in English/Journalism from Western Illinois University.
eResourcing, North America
J.P. Sakey has been named President of eResourcing, North America, and is responsible for overseeing the North America operations of the division, which fulfills recruitment needs for mid-level management and senior professionals. He also will lead the division's expansion into additional technical industries, particularly in the fields of engineering, accounting, finance and technology. Prior to joining TMP, Mr. Sakey was CEO of Pittsburgh-based SPEC Group Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of highly technical outsourcing solutions, which in December 2000 merged with a subsidiary of TMP Worldwide.
Executive Search, North America
John Mclaughlin has been named acting President of Executive Search, North America, a division of TMP that specializes in recruiting senior corporate leaders, such as CEOs, COOs, CFOs and their direct reports. He is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of innovative, comprehensive solutions to meet the recruitment and staffing needs of North America clients. A 16-year veteran of TMP Worldwide and its predecessor TASA Worldwide, Mr. Mclaughlin also serves as CEO of Executive Search. Previously, he was Managing Director of Asia Pacific Operations. Prior to TMP, he served as Managing Director for the New York Office of TASA Worldwide.
Additional North America Appointments
Brendan Flood has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, North America and is responsible for overseeing all finances for the North America Group. Previously, Mr. Flood served as European CFO of the eResourcing division of TMP Worldwide. Prior to joining TMP, he was Financial Director at Dow Jones Telerate, where he covered Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He earned a BA in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University in Ireland.
Jane Herod has been appointed Chief Operating Officer Directional Marketing, North America. In the COO role, Ms. Herod will oversee the daily operations of all North American Directional Marketing locations. During her ten years with TMP, she held many key posts, including Vice President/General Manager, Vice President/Regional Manager and Senior Vice President. Prior to joining TMP, she worked for Mast Advertising, the Southwestern Bell National Yellow Pages subsidiary, and Southwestern Bell Directory Advertising.
Pete Lamson has been appointed Chief Operating Officer Monstermoving.com. Mr. Lamson served as Senior Vice President, Operations and is responsible for managing company-wide operations of all Monstermoving.com products, site content, campaign management and customer service. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Operations and New Product Development for predecessor company MoveCentral.com. Prior to joining MoveCentral, he co-founded and managed P.D. Circuits, an international supplier of electronic printed circuit boards. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard University.
Scott Klein has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources, North America and is responsible for all HR operations. Recently, he was Director of Human Resources, U.S. at TMP, and previously Regional Human Resources Director at Lord & Taylor. He earned his BA from the University of Oregon.
