NEW YORK, Dec 4, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) --TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW), the world's leading global provider of career solutions, including the pre-eminent Internet career portal Monster.com(R) and the world's largest Yellow Pages advertising agency, today announced its new European management team as part of the Company's recently announced strategic reorganization.

Four new division presidents were named for the region, and all will report directly to recently appointed Europe Group President Peter Dolphin.

Just last month, TMP announced a broad reorganization of the Company into three geographic regions: North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The new regional structure will enable TMP to better capitalize on the synergies between its business segments, further enhance its ability to cross-sell its diversified product line to existing clients, and drive revenue and profitability growth. "The management team we've established under Peter Dolphin's direction clearly has the experience and expertise to help drive TMP and Monster.com to undisputed leadership in Europe, with revenues and earnings to match," said Jim Treacy, President and COO of TMP Worldwide.
