TMP Worldwide Announces Change in Leadership for Global Recruitment Businesses and Executive Search Division
New York, NY – December 20, 1999 - TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW; ASX: TMP), the leading provider of global recruitment solutions including the dominant Internet career portal, Monster.com and the world's largest yellow pages advertising agency announced today a change in leadership for its global recruitment businesses and the Executive Search Division.
Michael Squires is appointed to a new position to coordinate executive search, selection, recruitment advertising, and Internet-based services in the ongoing development of TMP Worldwide's European businesses. Steve Potter will become Chief Executive Officer for the Executive Search Division and will continue to manage the North American operations. Andrea Wine will remain Managing Director European Operations and John Mclaughlin Managing Director Asia Pacific Operations reporting to Potter.

Most recently, Potter founded Highland Search Group, L.L.C., a premier executive search boutique specializing in financial services that was acquired by TMP Worldwide in August 1999. Before forming Highland Search Group, Steve Potter ran Russell Reynolds Associates' Asian business from 1992-1994 and also headed their global banking and merchant banking practices.
