TMP Worldwide and WOWemployers, Inc. Issue Joint Announcement; TMP and Monster dismiss lawsuit

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2001--TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW), along with WOWemployers, Inc., jointly announce that the plaintiffs have not found evidence that either WOWemployers, Inc., William Warren or any other WOWemployers' employees misappropriated any software or trade secrets of Monster.com. William Warren and other employees of WOWemployers, Inc. will continue to comply with their legal and contractual commitments to TMP Worldwide and Monster.com. TMP Worldwide and Monster.com have dismissed their lawsuit against WOWemployers, Inc., William Warren, and all individually named employees of WOWemployers, Inc.
