Whether supporting innovative programs or volunteering time, Monster and its associates are committed to being involved charitably around the globe.

As the leading global online career and recruitment resource, we believe we can strategically utilize our time, talent and resources to benefit programs and people in the communities in which we live and work.

Monster supports a variety of philanthropic and community-oriented activities at the local, regional, national and international levels. We focus our charitable investments on those programs that closely align with our business goals and objectives and are focused on the areas of education and career development/training. Examples of our charitable investments range from programs for educating young girls in India to supporting job- training and mentoring initiatives in the United Kingdom; from providing school supplies for underprivileged children in China to funding employment services and life-skills training in the U.S. for people with disabilities.

Sometimes, we are called upon to respond to unexpected tragedy in communities where we have a presence. In 2008, in recognition of our associates and their families in India, we supported the Taj Public Service Welfare Trust, which supports services for victims of the terrorist attacks in Mumbai.

We can’t fund all the worthy programs that come our way but we have developed a strategic, thoughtful approach to our charitable giving that helps us identify those investments that utilize Monster’s core competencies and can best impact key communities around the world. As a result, we research and invite selected organizations to apply to Monster for support. We do accept solicited proposals.
