The Online Career Center Announces Strategic Alliances With AT&T Worldnet Service, Worldpages

Indianapolis, IN, (July 29, 1998) – The Online Career Center (www.occ.com), one of the leading recruitment web sites on the Internet, and its parent company TMP Worldwide (NASDAQ: TMPW), have announced strategic alliances with AT&T WorldNet® Service and WorldPages.

AT&T WorldNet Service
The Online Career Center (OCC), which provides online career information in more than 200 industry categories, will be a provider of co-branded job and career-related information linked directly from on the AT&T WorldNet Service's[linked directly from the homepage] [on the Careers Page] (www.att.net). AT&T WorldNet Service is the largest direct Internet service provider in the United States, offering its 1.21 million subscribers services such as directories and topical areas for information searches, guided tours, navigational aids and electronic mail.

Effective immediately, AT&T WorldNet Service users will have direct access to more than 80,000 job listings, personal job search agents, resume creation, resume posting, and company profiles. Users also may take advantage of valuable resources such as apartment guidesrelocation services and cost of living calculators.

By developing co-branding effortscustomized sites with dominant Internet service providers such as AT&T WorldNet Service, the OCC will be introduced to new users of the Internet at an early stage. This will allow the OCC to provide career information and educate new Internet users on the valuable resources offered by online recruitment services.

Through a strategic partnership, the OCC will provide WorldPages with a private label version of its career center. The OCC's Customized Career Center will allow WorldPages to bring the power of the OCC to its own web site. The career center provides a complete range of services for businesses requiring the utmost in speed, convenience and customization. Some of these services include unlimited employment advertising, geographic employment listings and recruiting.

WorldPages(www.worldpages.com) , an Internet white and yellow pages directory, will provide the OCC with a private label version of its directory. The directory combines the OCC's look and feel with the functionality of WorldPages. WorldPages will also feature the OCC as an Employment Sponsor of its Internet guide. This guide is prominently displayed in printed telephone directories.

OCC offers job seekers free access to a list of technical and non-technical jobs in more than 200 industry categories. It also offers career advice and company profiles to help better prepare job seekers for inquiries and interviews. OCC has had nearly 1.6 million visitors for April, according to Nielsen I/PRO. More than 5,000 of the nation's top employers have used OCC as part of their recruitment strategies.
