TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW), the world's leading supplier of human capital solutions, including the pre-eminent Internet career portal Monster.com(R) and the world's largest Yellow Pages advertising agency, today announced its new Asia Pacific Executive Team as part of the Company's recently announced strategic reorganisation. The Team will comprise of Stuart McKelvey, Alistair Sutherland, Libby Christie and Philip Beck. Also named to the new executive management team were Vanessa Goss, General Counsel, Asia Pacific, Jeff Barkwill as acting CFO, Asia Pacific and Trish Stockton, Project Services Director.
Last month, TMP announced a broad reorganisation of the Company into three geographic regions: North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The new regional structure will enable TMP to better capitalise on the synergies between its business segments, further enhance its ability to cross-sell its diversified product line to existing clients, and drive revenue and profitability growth. In addition, the reorganisation allows the Company to adopt a shared services approach to Information Technology, Accounting and other non finance functions that will further reduce redundancy and increase efficiency, while establishing regionally consolidated operations that facilitate the standardisation of processes and procedures. The new structure in Asia Pacific will facilitate increased communication and teamwork allowing the organisation to increase its value proposition to its customers and clients.

eResourcing and Executive Search, Asia Pacific
Alistair Sutherland has been named President of TMP Worldwide eResourcing and Executive Search, Asia Pacific. In this capacity, Mr. Sutherland is responsible for overseeing the Asia Pacific operations for combined units, which fulfills recruitment needs for mid-level management and senior executive professionals. Previously, Mr. Sutherland served as Australasian CEO of eResourcing. Prior to joining TMP Worldwide, Alistair was Chairman and Managing Director of Philips New Zealand Limited.
Monster.com, Asia Pacific
Libby Christie has been named President of Monster.com, Asia Pacific and is responsible for overall operational management and growth of Monster in the region. Previously, Ms. Christie was Managing Director of Monster.com Asia Pacific. Before joining Monster.com, Ms. Christie held senior positions in the telecommunications industry in Australia. In Telstra, as Managing Director of Industry marketing and Managing Director of eWorks, she was responsible for business marketing and the development and introduction of eBusiness products and eCommerce applications.

Philip Beck has been named President of Advertising & Communications, Asia Pacific and is responsible for managing operations and driving the overall growth of this division, which provides effective Human Resources communication solutions to clients through a diverse product portfolio. Most recently, Mr. Beck served as CEO of Advertising & Communications, Asia Pacific. Prior to joining TMP Worldwide, Mr. Beck was Managing Director of MindShare with a client portfolio comprising some of the world's leading brands.
