Relationship provides targeted job distribution via Monster's
Career Ad Network in addition to best-in-class software solution
LOS ANGELES & AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2007--MonsterTRAK, Monster's emerging workforce division, and CSO Research, Inc., the industry leader in career services automation, today announced an agreement whereby CSO will become MonsterTRAK's inaugural software provider. The relationship will team MonsterTRAK's innovative, student-focused job distribution model with CSO's superior software solution. Monster is the leading global online careers property and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST).

In addition, all participating career centers will have the ability to display targeted MonsterTRAK job opportunities via Monster's Career Ad Network. With this patent-pending job distribution technology, career centers will be able to showcase specific jobs to students based on their individual interests.
