Dec 5, 2007: MonsterTRAK and CSO Research to Provide College Career Centers with Comprehensive Recruitment Solution

Relationship provides targeted job distribution via Monster's

Career Ad Network in addition to best-in-class software solution

LOS ANGELES & AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2007--MonsterTRAK, Monster's emerging workforce division, and CSO Research, Inc., the industry leader in career services automation, today announced an agreement whereby CSO will become MonsterTRAK's inaugural software provider. The relationship will team MonsterTRAK's innovative, student-focused job distribution model with CSO's superior software solution. Monster is the leading global online careers property and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST).

"Collaborating with best-in-class software providers like CSO allows us to focus on our core competency of enabling employers to reach the most qualified entry-level and internship candidates nationwide," said Mark Charnock, vice president and general manager, MonsterTRAK. "CSO provides career centers with an unsurpassed suite of tools to efficiently manage their day-to-day mission of helping college students identify and prepare for their first jobs."

This alliance will provide current MonsterTRAK employers expanded reach into CSO's customer base of more than 300 colleges and universities. In addition, all participating career centers will have the ability to display targeted MonsterTRAK job opportunities via Monster's Career Ad Network. With this patent-pending job distribution technology, career centers will be able to showcase specific jobs to students based on their individual interests.

"MonsterTRAK's alliance with CSO and the integration of the Career Ad Network technology into the career center websites marks a shift in student recruitment," added Charnock. "This new model will offer employers and career centers nationwide the ability to efficiently push relevant job opportunities to students based upon their needs."

Additionally, career centers with existing MonsterTRAK affiliations will be able to capitalize on a free upgrade to CSO's industry-leading software platform. CSO's software suite is designed specifically to meet the demands associated with college and university environments. The advanced software platform enables management of virtually every function found within a career services office, including student and employer registration; document management; tracking of referrals, placements, jobs viewed and job applied for; interview scheduling; career fair management; and alumni mentoring. Students can also search jobs, send online inquiries and manage multiple resumes, cover letters and other employment-related materials.

"Aligning with MonsterTRAK allows us to provide our clients with a comprehensive offering - access to the best entry-level jobs delivered via elite software that automates the career services process," said Erik Mulloy, founder of CSO. "CSO is committed to delivering the highest quality product and unmatched customer service. Together with MonsterTRAK we will continue to meet and exceed these goals."
