Monster.com Launches High-Tech iFair; Virtual Online Career Fair Brings High-Tech Job Seekers and Employers Together

Facing a shortage of skilled talent, employers in the high-tech industry are struggling to fill positions. The nationwide High-Tech iFair will provide employers and knowledge workers the opportunity to engage in a real-time exchange of resumes, job listings and communication. The iFair began on October 30th and will run until December 1st.
