Monster.com Awards Advertising Account to Arnold Communications

MAYNARD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 2000--Monster(R).com, the leading global online careers site and flagship brand of TMP Worldwide (NASDAQ:TMPW)(ASX:TMP), today announced it has awarded its $75-90 million U.S. advertising account, part of its $135 million global marketing budget for 2000, to Arnold Communications (Boston, Mass.).

The other agencies that made final presentations to Monster.com were BBDO (New York, NY), Wieden & Kennedy (Portland, Ore.) and incumbent Mullen (Wenham, Mass.).
