Maynard, MA – July 11, 2000 – Monster®.com, the leading global online careers site and flagship brand of TMP Worldwide (NASDAQ: “TMPW”; ASX: “TMP”), today announced that it will conduct a competitive review of advertising agencies for its $75-90 million U.S. advertising account, part of its $135 million global marketing budget for 2000. Mullen has been the agency of record for the last two years.

Currently Monster, which has been profitable for 10 consecutive quarters, is in 12 countries with local content and language with plans to expand to 20 countries by year's end.

The agency will participate in the review.”
Pile and Company, the Boston-based management consulting firm, is managing the review. A group of semi-finalists will be selected by late July.
