Co-Branded Pages from Monster.com on AOL.com Continue Exclusive Four-Year Career Search Relationship
Job seekers can access Monster.com's database of job opportunities
through AOL's ClassifiedPlus
Maynard, MA - March 7, 2000 - Monster.com, the leading global careers network and the flagship brand of TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW) today announced the launch of co-branded pages on AOL.COM and Monster.com job listings on AOL ClassifiedPlus.
The launches are part of the rollout of an exclusive $100-million four-year relationship announced in December 1999 to bring Monster.com's career management resources directly to cyberspace's largest consumer audience across seven America Online brands.
AOL.COM will give job seekers direct access to Monster.com content and services, including co-branded pages for Monster.com's Resume Builder, Job Search and Post a Job. Job seekers can search for jobs; utilize job search agents, and, in many cases, apply online; submit resumes online; personalize the area to help with their job search; and research companies offering jobs.
Monster.com's job postings on AOL ClassifiedPlus will reach across AOL,
AOL.COM, CompuServe, Digital City, and Netscape, and Monster.com will power
the professional employment jobs within the Employment section of ClassifiedPlus.
Recruiters are able to post jobs from the co-branded pages on AOL.COM and
from AOL ClassifiedPlus.
"As our ongoing relationship with AOL moves forward, we are excited to bring job seekers and employers the benefits of two great Internet brands working together to meet their career management needs," said Jeff Taylor, CEO of Monster.com. "The launch of ClassifiedPlus, reaching across five AOL properties, and the co-branded pages on AOL.com are significant milestones as we build momentum."
Jonathan Sacks, Senior Vice President and General Manager of AOL Interactive Services, said: "Monster.com's extensive database of job opportunities and career services enhance our offerings to job seekers and recruiters. We look forward to continuing our co-branding initiatives to bring the best in online career management to our members."
