Monster Worldwide Schedules Conference Call and Webcast to Discuss Third Quarter 2006 Financial Results
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 5, 2006--Monster Worldwide, Inc., (Nasdaq: MNST) today announced that the Company will release third quarter financial results for the period ended September 30, 2006, on Wednesday, October 25th, 2006 before the market opens.
On the same day, management will conduct a live conference call to be broadcast simultaneously over the Internet to review the Company's quarterly results, market trends and outlook. Andrew J. McKelvey, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Monster Worldwide, and Lanny Baker, Chief Financial Officer, Monster Worldwide, will host the call.
Due to the ongoing independent review of the Company's historical stock option grant practices and the potential impact of stock-based compensation expense and tax related matters to prior periods, the Company will not be able to provide comparative financial results for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2005.
