Java Programmer Lands Project Assignment, Wins VW New BeetleÒ
Maynard, MA – March 28, 2000 – Freelancer Hari Golla, a software architect and programmer from Cary, North Carolina, was excited to find a great java programming project after posting his profile on Monster Talent MarketSM. The car is just a bonus.
Monster.com announced today that Golla is the Grand Prize winner of a 1999 VW New Beetle* in the Monster Talent Market Success Stories Contest. Monster Talent Market is an online, auction-style marketplace that connects free agents with companies.
Golla, a Java developer, posted his profile on Monster Talent Market looking for a part time contract assignment that would expose him to new technologies. He was hired for a telecommuting job that was an ideal match for his work style and skill set.
