Oct 10, 2007: Monster Launches Online Recruitment Environment Exclusively for Staffing Firms

RecruiterWorks Enables Staffing Firms to Create Customized,

Bundled Solutions to Cost-Effectively Meet Unique Needs

MAYNARD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 10, 2007--Monster(R) today announced the availability of RecruiterWorks, a bundled sourcing solution created to meet the exacting and varying needs of small- to mid-sized staffing firms. Monster is the leading global online careers and recruitment resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST).

With RecruiterWorks, customers can mix and match standard postings with Reserve Job Postings, which lets customers permanently reserve spots in any U.S. location that can be easily modified when one job is filled and another is added, enabling them to post jobs instantly and proactively build an applicant pipeline. To further simplify the process, firms can also draw upon a library of more than 2,000 job descriptions.

RecruiterWorks offers eight Resume Search licenses, ranging from a 100-mile radius to national access, so firms can view and save only the most qualified candidates. In addition, customers can easily organize jobs and candidates - with action dates linked to each posting and automatic sorting into appropriate folders.

"Because each staffing firm has its own specific needs, RecruiterWorks enables customization via a host of tools that can be drawn upon whenever they are needed - making this product especially affordable to small- to mid-sized staffing firms," said John Hennessy, senior vice president of Staffing for Monster. "Monster is committed to continue transforming customer feedback into innovative solutions that improve staffing firms' ability to efficiently meet the needs of their clients."

Monster will be available to discuss and offer demonstrations of RecruiterWorks at ASA Staffing World, booth # 207, October 9-12.
