Monster Introduces Talent Management Suite to Help Companies Recruit, Hire and Retain the Best Employees
Monster(R), the leading global online careers and recruitment resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST), today announced the release of the Monster Talent Management Suite, a set of fully integrated employment solutions targeted toward small businesses and mid-size enterprise companies.
Through a new technology agreement with HRsmart, a leading developer of talent management software products, the Monster Talent Management Suite offers enhanced and integrated Career Site Hosting (CSH) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) products. This integrated and cost-effective solution enables customers to optimize day-to-day HR activities and offers sophisticated analytical tools to save them time and money while improving effectiveness and simplifying the process.
Monster Talent Management Suite also offers post-hire modules including on-boarding, learning management, performance management and salary management. The addition of these post-hire modules marks the expansion of Monster's product portfolio into talent retention solutions. Monster's customers will now be able to automate, manage and measure the employment lifecycle from pre-hire sourcing through post-hire employee retention via a single-source solution.
"We continue to build on our HR Alliance strategy by aligning with Premier ATS alliance members for our very large customers, and offering robust Monster branded employment solutions for the mid-size market," said Neal Bruce, Vice President of Alliances for Monster. "Gone are the days when an HR team requires five different vendors, systems and passwords to do their jobs. Monster intends to capitalize on this huge opportunity to better serve the mid-size market by offering innovative solutions across the employment lifecycle through one unified platform."
"The combination of Monster's market expertise with our technology creates a highly compelling value proposition for employers," said Mark Hamdan, HRsmart, CEO. "Employers will have seamless solutions that address all talent management challenges including sourcing, hiring, training, development, performance and retention."
