Monster Hires Crystal Holmes for Global EVP of Sales
As Global EVP of Sales, Holmes will work with Monster's sales divisions in each region to maximize market potential and sales volume, while maintaining the momentum of the past 14 consecutive quarters of profitability. Holmes will be responsible for domestic and international markets and the establishment and implementation of global sales forecasts and objectives.

Prior to joining Monster, Holmes was with IBM for 17 years. She served as the Vice President, Midmarket Sales at ibm.com, managing a team of Inside Sales professionals throughout North America, and drove a multi-billion dollar quota. She has held a variety of sales and sales management positions, and for the last several years has driven the integration of multiple sales channels to capture technology growth markets. Holmes has a history of exceeding her sales objectives. In addition to her sales background, Holmes also spent three years in marketing, leading the national marketing efforts for IBM's education industry and performing global marketing for customers. Holmes has appeared on Lifetime television and has also hosted a technology segment (as a part of On Parenting with Dr. T. Barry Brazelton) on Fox Family and on WXIA News, the NBC affiliate in Atlanta, focusing on the use of technology and the web for families. Holmes is a graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Economics. She earned an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
