In a move that will create greater customer value through highly integrated product and service offerings, Monster(R), the leading global online careers property and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST), today announced the Monster HR Alliance Program at the 2005 Annual SHRM Conference in San Diego, CA. Through this new program, Monster has established several alliance program categories including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Job Distribution, and Candidate Assessment Providers. Monster is also pleased to announce that five industry-leading ATS providers have joined the Monster HR Alliance Program: Recruiternet, Peopleclick, Inc., Bond International Software Group, APS - SmartSearch Online, and Webhire.

"Monster's HR Alliance Program sets a new standard for the recruiting industry by creating the most integrated end-to-end hiring solutions," said Steve Pogorzelski, president of Monster, North America. "Our goal in 2005 is to build upon the foundation of this strategic program through alliances with the leading ATS providers. Our customers who utilize both Monster and the ATS of any Monster HR Alliance Member will gain faster access to high quality candidates, realize greater application completion rates, and have access to more accurate performance data. We are constantly looking for ways to offer our customers additional value, and the creation of the Monster HR Alliance Program does just that."

"By fully integrating Monster products with the alliance members' ATS products, we offer customers and candidates a powerful set of tools to help manage the entire hiring cycle," said Neal Bruce, director of enterprise partnerships, Monster. "The new HR Alliance Program is a testament to Monster's commitment to providing customers with products and services that will enable them to find qualified job candidates more efficiently."

The Monster ATS Alliance Program offers three points of product integration:

  • Real Time Posting: Customers can post jobs from the alliance members' ATS product to Monster. These jobs are uploaded to Monster as efficiently as if posted directly from Monster, making job postings available to job seekers sooner than ever before.
  • Shared Apply: Job Seekers on Monster can use their Monster profile to pre-populate the corporate career site application form hosted by the ATS alliance member. This functionality saves time for job seekers and increases the number of qualified candidates for employers.
  • Integrated Resume Search: Monster's SmartFind Resume Search product will be fully integrated with the ATS alliance members' product. This functionality allows recruiters to more quickly identify and upload candidates from Monster's extensive resume database of over 48 million resumes.

The Monster ATS Alliance Program has two tiers: Premier and Certified. Monster Premier ATS Alliance Members will offer Real Time Posting, Shared Apply and Integrated Resume Search. Monster Certified ATS Alliance Members will offer Real Time Posting functionality.
