Monster Announces Appointment of Two Sales Executives to Senior Management Positions
Graham and Little will be responsible for managing Monster sales teams to develop extensive relationships with a diverse range of employers. As Senior Vice President of Field Sales, Graham will manage a national field sales team that focuses on a Fortune 1000 customer base. He will further develop sales processes, lead the design and development of staff training programs, and participate in sales presentations and client meetings.
As Senior Vice President of Telesales and Skilled & Hourly, Little will transform the telesales team by implementing a new selling model that is expected to maximize renewal revenue, improve account penetration, and grow sales of new products. In addition, he is tasked with launching the company's sales efforts in its skilled and hourly initiative aimed at providing Internet recruiting for non-exempt hourly workers.
"The Monster sales team welcomes Brian and Mark as leaders of our teams," said Steve Pogorzelski, Monster's president North America. "Their vast experience in developing and managing high performance teams will play an integral role in driving the continued success of our sales initiatives in North America. As Monster builds upon our client-focused strategy, the leadership of our sales management becomes even more instrumental in delivering our effective and comprehensive recruiting solutions to employers."
Graham was previously with Automatic Data Processing (ADP). During his 19 years at ADP he worked within the sales organization and most recently held the position of Division Vice President for National Account Sales. He was responsible for a 13-state region selling the portfolio of ADP products to companies with 1000 plus employees. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College's School of Management.
"I am excited to join the industry leader in online career management. Monster is a strong company with a commitment to developing quality products and services for the recruiting industry. I look forward to working with the field sales team to serve our clients via the vast array of human capital services offered by Monster," commented Graham.
Little previously served as President, Document Management Strategic Business Unit of Standard Register with an 800 person sales and service team. Prior to Standard Register, Little served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Market Services for Kinko's and grew their B2B channel with a 625 person sales team. He holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
"I look forward to being a productive part of Monster's future growth with small to mid-size companies, and in particular with the skilled and hourly marketplace. Monster has a history of revolutionizing the recruitment industry and I am excited to be a part of the next revolution," said Little.
