Burns was previously with Cross Country TravCorps for ten years in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, he was the Director of Candidate Acquisition at Cross Country TravCorps, where he helped to reorganize a front-line sales function in conjunction with the recruitment effort of thousands of contract healthcare professionals in the highly competitive staffing sector. Prior to joining Cross Country TravCorps, Burns was the founder and president of ASOR Associates, a start-up venture specializing in the repair and re-sale of Wang mini computers.
