IN2 Makes Some Noise for Newly Acquired Client, Earthnoise; Interactive Advertising Campaign Gives Video-Sharing Agency Something to Stream About

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 2000--International online advertising agency, IN2 (www.in2.com), a subsidiary of TMP Worldwide (Nasdaq:TMPW) (ASX:TMP) today announced that Earthnoise, Inc. has selected IN2 as its advertising agency of record for its video-sharing Web site www.earthnoise.com.

This announcement follows a successful IN2-engineered promotional campaign to build brand awareness and acquire customers for Earthnoise's showcase consumer website.

"As leaders in the video-sharing space it was necessary to choose a forward-thinking and highly creative integrated online ad agency," said David Steward, Earthnoise CEO. "IN2's work on our recent campaign clearly demonstrates their ability to integrate an attractive promotion with strategic content to increase our consumer base." The 12-day campaign, which ran from July 21 - August 2, offered the chance to win a webcam and provided information about how to create, upload, edit, view and share videos on the Earthnoise Web site.

Referring to the Earthnoise promotion, IN2 CEO James Healy stated, "The campaign successfully combined a relevant, targeted promotion that leveraged the strength of online interactivity with clear brand messaging." To attract users to www.earthnoise.com, IN2 engineered an interactive banner with a built-in timer that counted down minutes and seconds between Webcam giveaways. Contest bridge pages provided updated winner information and key facts about creating, sharing and viewing videos on earthnoise.com, fully leveraging the exposure created by the promotional pages.

IN2's tracking showed that the online promotion garnered click-through and conversion rates well above average. Earthnoise experienced a week over week increase of 203% in unique visitors, and a 158% spike in page views, indicating a growing consumer interest in www.earthnoise.com. For the entire month of August, site traffic remained at an 18.6% increase over July traffic. IN2 has been collaborating with Earthnoise since April 2000.
