TMP's ATSolutions Group to Add iCIMS' iRecruiter Application to its Roster of Human Resource Technologies & Services

Under this agreement, TMP's ATSolutions Group will add the iCIMS iRecruiter application to the suite of human resources solutions offered by TMP's ATSolutions Group.

By automating the process of searching, storing and tracking relevant job candidates' resumes, iRecruiter can increase the efficiency of a HR department by as much as 50 percent. iRecruiter supports all major methods of resume acquisition to generate candidate profiles as new applicants enter the recruiting management system. In addition, iRecruiter parses all incoming resumes for key skill sets pre-defined as vital to the client organization. The iRecruiter application also alerts the HR manager responsible for each job opening when a qualified applicant submits a resume, and even tags the candidate profile with the job for which they applied.
