Healthcare HR Authority Greta Sherman Joins TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 2004--TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, a global HR communications and solutions provider and a division of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST), the parent company of Monster(R), the leading global online careers property, today announced that Greta Sherman, a nationally-known authority on healthcare industry recruitment and retention, has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, Healthcare.

Sherman has more than 25 years' experience addressing issues impacting the staffing and care delivery of the nation's healthcare systems. She has long been recognized as a leader in metric standards development in healthcare human capital and retention management.

Sherman also served on a committee of 24 national nursing associations that developed "Nurses for a Healthier Tomorrow," a creative campaign that improved the image of nursing as a profession. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and completed her Master's work in Communications at Johns Hopkins University.
