Boeing Chooses Monster.com to Streamline Recruiting Process

MAYNARD, Mass. --Jan. 25, 2000-- The Boeing Company, the world leader in aerospace, has signed a one-year deal with Monster.com, the world's leading global online careers site and flagship brand of the Interactive Division of TMP Worldwide (NASDAQ:TMPW; ASX:TMP), for an innovative package of recruiting solutions. The contract includes a private label solution to power job searches on Boeing's corporate web site, as well as an enterprise job postings package and access to Monster.com's resume database.

To streamline the recruiting process for Boeing, Monster.com is providing the back-end technology to power job search functionality on their corporate web site. Using Monster.com's private label solution allows Boeing to strengthen their online recruiting presence without "reinventing the wheel" by developing their own technology.

"Companies like Boeing choose Monster.com because of our proven success, as evidenced by a recent survey by ERC Dataplus, which shows that more HR professionals use Monster.com than any other career site. It's only natural that industry leaders like Boeing look to Monster.com, the leader in the online careers space," said Jeff Taylor, CEO of Monster.com.
