Robert M. Brouwer

Rob Brouwer is the Executive Vice President of Latin American and Developing Markets for Monster Worldwide and oversees all business strategy and execution for Monster’s Global Expansion Program in Europe, Africa and Latin America.  In 2010 he moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil where he is also responsible for managing Monster’s existing presence and operations in the rapidly growing Latin America region.

Since joining Monster, Rob has spent more than 10 years in a variety of roles focused on Monster’s European markets. During his tenure he started up operations in the Netherlands, was responsible for Northern Europe, ran the UK and Ireland business and led the German-speaking region together with Central Eastern Europe. Most recently, before taking on his current role at the end of 2009 he was Senior Vice President, Europe.

Rob has been working in the recruitment business for the duration of his career. His deep domain experience, combined with a successful track record of building and aggressively growing businesses for Monster, has given him a broad perspective and great appreciation for talent management. In his view, talent can be the biggest bottleneck for growth in an organization or the number one driver of success.
